Delete your Ora Within account

You're in control of your account and your information. If you decide to leave, you can permanently delete your account and associated data in two ways.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Ora Within and sign in.
Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account.
Follow the confirmation prompts.

Option 2: Request deletion here

Can't get into the app? Send a request below, or email hello@orawithin.com with the subject “Ora Within Account Deletion Request.”

We'll confirm by email once the request has been processed, within 30 days. We'll never ask for your password.

What to know before you delete

Deletion is permanent. It can't be undone.
Your wellness data and account records are deleted from our active systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may keep limited information where needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
Copies in routine backups may remain for a short time before they're overwritten.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel with Apple first to avoid future charges. See Cancel a subscription from Apple.
